I went on a vaction to Tunisia in 2010. During this trip, we had a jeep 'safari' from Tozeur. In the afternoon we visited the beautiful Chebika canyon and had a hike to the waterfall at the end of it. The trail starts at the old town of Chebika, which was deserted after a landslide. You then pass through layers of rock, which have been folded in a way that they now almost stand vertical. At the end of the trail (which has a bit of a rise but a good path of packed dirth) is a waterfall and a little oasis.
