Pomnik sklada sie z piedestalu i malej sciany, na której znajduje sie tablica. Przedstawia ona orla na tle krzyza, z cytatem Józefa Pilsudskiego: "Niepodleglosc nie jest dana Polakom raz na zawsze. Niepodleglosc jest dobrem nie tylko cennym, ale i kosztownym". Dookola tej tablicy znajduja sie wizerunki waznych postaci dla Polski, a nad i pod daty: 1918 oraz 2018. Z boku pomnika znajduje sie mala tabliczka znamionowa upamietniajaca inicjatorów budowy pomnika.

The monument consists of a pedestal and a small wall with a plaque on it. It shows an eagle on the background of the cross, with a quote from Józef Pilsudski: "Independence is not given to Poles once and for all. Independence is not only a precious good, but also an expensive one". Around this board there are images of important figures for Poland, and over and under dates: On the side of the monument there is a small nameplate commemorating the initiators of the construction of the monument.
