Jest trójnawowy, neogotycki, z dwuwiezowa fasada wedlug projektu architekta Franciszka Braumana, wybudowany zostal w latach 1871-1883 z fundacji ksiecia Zygmunta Radziwilla i ofiar zlozonych przez parafian. Jego konsekracji dokonal 5 czerwca 1887 r. abp metropolita warszawski Wincenty Chosciak Popiel.

[EN] The parish in Nieborów was established in 1314. The temple was rebuilt many times. The present church was built in 19th century. It is three-nave, neo-Gothic, with two-tower facade designed by architect Franciszek Brauman. It was built in 1871-1883 from the foundation of Duke Zygmunt Radziwill and the victims of the parishioners. It was consecrated on June 5, 1887 by the Warsaw Metropolitan Archbishop Wincenty Chosciak Popiel.
