[PL] The Elektronik cinema was established in the 1960s as part of the Economic Schools Complex. Despite its unambiguous name, the place was also used for various cultural events, plays and concerts. The Frankensteinik Film Discussion Club (DKF) and the school cabaret operated here. Over the years, many famous people have performed on stage here: Jerzy Zelnik, Jan Pietrzak, Wojciech Mlynarski, Jan Machulski, and others were invited as guests: Andrzej Wajda, Marek Kondrat and Maja Komorowska. The building functioned until 2001, when it had to be closed down due to the failure to meet safety standards. However, in 2015 the renovation was completed and now the cinema serves film schools and the general public.

[PL] Kino Elektronik powstalo w latach 60. jako czesc Zespolu Szkól Ekonomicznych. Mimo jednoznacznej nazwy, miejsce sluzylo równiez do rozmaitych wydarzen kulturalnych, sztuk teatralnych i koncertów. Dzialal tu Dyskusyjny Klub Filmowy (DKF) – Frankensteinik oraz szkolny kabaret. Przez lata na scenie wystapilo tu wiele znanych postaci, m.in.: Jerzy Zelnik, Jan Pietrzak, Wojciech Mlynarski, Jan Machulski, a goscmi do dyskusji z uczestnikami byli m.in.: Andrzej Wajda, Marek Kondrat i Maja Komorowska. Budynek funkcjonowal do 2001 roku, kiedy musial zostac zamkniety ze wzgledu na niespelnianie norm bezpieczenstwa. Jednak w 2015 roku zakonczyl sie remont i obecnie kino sluzy szkolom filmowym oraz szeroko pojetej publicznosci.
