This Stevenson Screen Weather Station is sited in the Garney ny Cloie Gardens in St. John's, which is an amenity woodland garden and home to the headquarters of the Island's forestry technical division.
The Weather Station is positioned close to the headquarters of the Island's forestry technical division building in an open grassy area not far from the river that flows along the eastern edge of the Gardens.
This Weather Station is not part of a wider network of weather station but appears to provide data to the Island's forestry technical division only.
