Winged Lion Door Handle - Canon City, CO

This door handle is unique because it's a lion's head with wings on the side. The lion has its mouth open. When You press down on the top of the head it will release the door to open. Not sure of the metal the door handle is made of.

Don't know any history of the building. Currently on the lower level is occupied by Phil's Barber Shop. not sure if the upper level is vacant or occupied. Building is painted black and is located at 508 Main St., Canon City, CO.
