The Weinfeldhof is a typical combination of a farm house and a adjacent barn which you can found in Bavaria and Austria. The rear part of these barns have an elevated ramp to get the hay directly in. This upper part is build of timber, the lower part is masonry of field stones. Here live the livestock like cattle and pigs.
The wooden construction allow a good drying of the hay, supported by the warmth of the stables.

This Barn is decorated with old farming equipment and wood carvings, it looks very nice.
