In Almodôvar, a small town in Southern Portugal, there is a fire department. In a nearby public park, the students of the local school painted the benches in a homage to their heroes. There are about ten benches decorated following the imagination and skills of several students, all dedicated to the firefighters.
In the amphitheater rings there is phrase painted in colorful tones which can be translated as: "Firefighter, soldier of peace, you are noble and fearless, you are brave and audacious, you are the pride of everybody"
