There is no manufacturer's sign, but it's probably a Potato spinner.
The Potato spinner is totally made of iron, so it's not new, but it's made to be drawn by a tractor so it's not too old either. It has been on this site for more than 30 years.
Use or Purpose of Equipment: Digging potato and some time turning cut hay.
