This is a "pirate" mural. Signed Elliot Tupac, not dated. I chose the title myself. The Dreamer. Sounds very adequate to the young woman's expression as depicted here.
The mural can be seen in a quarter of Lima named Barranco, one of the nicest of the city.
The face has a unique beauty, with the girl's black air flapping in the window. Note the heart she has on her hand.
