De poort bestaat uit twee kolommen verbonden door een smeedijzeren boog. Aan weerszijden van de poort zijn kleinere doorgangen. Op de boog staat de naam van het achterliggende park: Het Snouck van Loosenpark. Op de twee kolommen zijn plaquettes met de wapens van de families Snouck en van Loosen en de stichtingsdata van het park.

The gate consists of two columns connected by a wrought iron arch. There are smaller passageways on either side of the gate. On the arch is the name of the park behind it: The Snouck van Loosenpark. On the two columns are plaques with the coats of arms of the Snouck and van Loosen families and the foundation dates of the park.
