, THIS BRIDGE IS DEDICATED TO THE PEOPLE
OF SIOUX FALLS TO PROVIDE BETTER ACCESS TO THE
CITY'S NAMESAKE SO THAT ALL CAN SEE AND UNDERSTAND
THE BEAUTY OF THE FALLS OF THE BIG SIOUX RIVER.
