The two lawn bowling lanes, one along the cemetery to the north and one northwest-southeast south of the Romboutstoren, have been built in 2017 (Brabants Dagblad). It was the hope that the opening of the lanes would lead to a jeu-des-boules club, but as I couldn't find any web precense of such a club, I doubt this has happened. The lanes look weel maintained though and the place has a nice atmosphere thanks to the medieval tower nearby.
