Enjoy a quiet country drive to this palindrome. Located in a shallow nicely mowed ditch, you'll be able to park the car and leave the heater or air conditioner running. It's an easy park and mark.

At this time of year (December), there is a very nice christmas display in Grand Mound on this road. If you arrive in the summer, on July 4th, Grand Mound has one of the finest fireworks displays in the state of Iowa. Come late and you'll be parked at least a mile out of town to view the fireworks.

The palindrome location is just west of a bird feeder on a fence post that is on the south side of the road.
