[FR] Le premier et le seul parcours permanent d’orientering en forêt au Québec.L’orientering c’est une carte spéciale d’orientation, une boussole et c’est parti pour une activité sportive de plein air, un défi mental praticable par tous !
Considérés comme débutant et intermédiaire, nous avons plus de 35 parcours différents, afin de vous familiariser avec l’orientation en forêt. Chaque participant est muni d’une boussole et d’une carte topographique sur laquelle sont imprimés des cercles localisant les postes de contrôle. Chaque poste de contrôle est identifié sur le terrain à l’aide d’une balise rouge et blanche.
Sport pour tous par excellence, la Course d’Orientation offre de belles opportunités de loisirs, de réflexion et de compétition. Seul ou en famille, des enfants aux vétérans, tout le monde trouvera son bonheur : celui de se promener en pleine nature, découvrir son territoire, trouver les balises, bref, il s’agit d’un rallye à très grande échelle, produite pour le plaisir des jeunes et des moins jeunes
La Course d’Orientation trouve son origine en Scandinavie au XIXe siècle en tant qu’exercice militaire. Sous forme de compétition, elle apparaît en Suède en 1919 et en 1967 au Québec.

[EN] The first and only permanent orienteering course in the forest in Quebec. Orienting is a special orienteering map, a compass and it's off to an outdoor sporting activity, a mental challenge for everyone!
Considered beginner and intermediate, we have over 35 different routes to familiarize you with orienteering in the forest. Each participant is provided with a compass and a topographic map on which are printed circles locating the checkpoints. Each checkpoint is identified on the ground with a red and white marker.
Sport for all par excellence, the Orienteering Course offers great opportunities for leisure, reflection and competition. Alone or with family, from children to veterans, everyone will find what they are looking for: walking in the countryside, discovering their territory, finding the markers, in short, this is a very large-scale rally, produced for the pleasure of young and old
Orienteering originated in Scandinavia in the 19th century as a military exercise. In the form of competition, it appeared in Sweden in 1919 and in 1967 in Quebec.
