My husband calls it safe and sane tubing (somewhat derisively) but our 13 year old loved it. There are two hills. A larger hill with 10-12 machine groomed lanes and a smaller hill with 4-6 lanes depending on snow conditions. Both hills have surface tows that bring tubers back to the top of the hills and the tubes run down their own little "gutter" to keep you from running into your neighbors. Of course, for some the crashing is half of the fun. For younger kids its a great place though and it's fun for older kids too, but doesn't have the scare factor that some people want with their tubing experience.
I went here as a kid and loved not having to climb the hill. Be sure to bring thick gloves or the rope tow will eat right through them. The sessions start at 9,11:15, 1:30 and 3:45. They encourage guests to leave a 30-45 minute window prior to the session time they desire for arrival because sessions fill up quickly. Prices include tube rental and 2 hours of sledding and range from $12-$17 depending on age and your time of arrival.
