It's not easy to randomly find Azafrán. It's located in a long street relatively far from the center and the most obvious touristic hangouts. Therefore is most visited by locals and expats.
It features a pleasant patio, the service is very friendly and the food is outstanding. It's very affordable but the daily menu is simply unbeatable. Most of the options are traditional Bolivian dishes. Great freshly squeezed juices.
Also an option between meals, when it becomes quiet and convenient to do some work or read a book.
