The Founder's Food Hall and Market was previously part of the repair shop complex which included a turntable, a roundhouse and ancillary buildings. The three large windows in front of the current Market Building is identical to a building seen in a photograph taken when the roundhouse was in operation. Based on the photos and the size of the roundhouse and counting the doors, there appears to have been 12 stalls for trains. Photos from a few website are provided to compare the roundhouse and current Founder's Food Hall.
