While exploring the Memorial Plaza in Downtown Indianapolis I spotted this 2 story flatiron building at the intersection of N. Pennsylvania St,E. North St. and Fort Wayne Ave.
The best information I could find about the property is in a Nov. 2006 report to the Indianapolis Historical Preservation Commission which approved recent modifications to the building.

The property consists of two connected buildings fitted into the triangular space bordered by N. Pennsylvania, Fort Wayne and 8th Ave.
This diagram, from the Historical preservation Committee report shows the triangular shape of the building.
It's described as one of the few historic flatiron buildings remaining in the city. The Mueller Building, which was originally 604 Fort Wayne Avenue, was built in 1893 and is brick with limestone accents including bold shouldered lintels at the first floor. The facade is crowned with a recessed metal pediment and the original flatiron corner entrance has been replaced by a window. The building adjoining on the north side was constructed between 1898 and 1914 and had the address 605 N. Pennsylvania St. which is now used collectively for both sections and is the address of the Elbow Room Pub and Deli which occupies the original Mueller Building. The pub derives its name from the shape of the building.
The report to the commission recommended a certificate of authorization for the 2006 exterior work accommodating a new stairway to the second floor. The Elbow Room Pub, which has been in business here since 1933, is described in several Indianapolis guides as a popular bar and meeting place and it looks like the second floor may serve as a party room.
