[EN]The electricity company of Elbeuf installed a billboard on the facade of the company which is at the corner of the May 1 streets of Solférino. This installation accounts for the energy savings made by installing photovoltaic panels on 14 municipal buildings. The first building to benefit from the installation is the Georges Brassens school.
