A monument to a former basketball player who played in the Paraguan national team. There isn't much information about Arnoldo Penzkopfer. Perhaps because he played 30 years ago, before the big boom of Internet, perhaps because Paraguay doesn't have a strong tradition in technologies of information... the only found reference was a statistic of a match of Paraguay national team in a competition in 1991.
The memorial was created by the Municipality and it's dated November 2015.
Near the memorial, there is an indoors basketball court. Perhaps Arnoldo started playing here.
