A popular place. On street and car parks nearby.
There is warning on the 'telescope'. DO NOT LOOK AT THE SUN. Without a mirror this will be very difficult, as rotation of pedestal is limited to 180 degrees, from West to East through North. Bowness is in Northern hemisphere, therefore sun is behind you. You can not turn lens to face south. This will also stop users spying into hotel rooms and at people.
