Berend Jan Tack geboren op 3 maart 1924, zat in het verzet. Op 5 maart 1945 was hij aan het werk op het land.in de buurt van de spoorlijn van Rijnsburg. Omstreeks 10.00 uur a.m. is hij getroffen door een bom vanuit een geallieerd vliegtuig. Hij is zo op een tragische manier omgekomen.
