This bell was donated by a Japanese organization dedicated to the world peace, and installed in the Japanese Gardens of Buenos Aires. Physical contact with the bell is not allowed but selfie snapshots will be easily obtained as the distance o the bell is not considerable.
It was inaugurated on the 3rd February 1998.
