CZ: Obytná budova spolu s prilehlou tovární budovou na rohu nové, tehdy Nádražní, nyní Wilsonovy trídy, a Stehlíkovy ulice ve Slaném byla postavena behem roku 1908 pro továrníka pana Rudolfa Steina, který se zabýval textilní a obuvnickou výrobou. Návrhem i realizací byl poveren stavitel Alois Havránek, který sousední dum stavel pro sebe. Dum náleží k nejkvalitnejším secesním stavbám ve Slaném, vyniká zejména kvalitou a bohatostí štukové výzdoby. Obnova tohoto domu proto respektovala maximálne puvodní podobu, zatímco predstava o rekonstrukci prilehlé tovární budova prošla nekolika fázemi. V druhé polovine 20. Století se zde vyrábely pneumatiky. V 21. století byla v historické dvoupatrové budove s moderní nástavbou zrealizována pivnice s pivovarem a pivním dvorem. (

EN: The residential building, together with the adjacent factory building on the corner of the new, then Nádražní, now Wilsonova Street, and Stehlíkova Street in Slaný, was built during 1908 for Rudolf Stein, a textile and footwear manufacturer. The design and implementation was entrusted to the builder Alois Havránek, who built the neighboring house for himself. The house is one of the finest Art Nouveau buildings in Slaný. The restoration of this house therefore respected the original appearance as much as possible while the idea of reconstruction of the adjacent factory building went through several phases. Tires were produced here in the second half of the 20th century. In the 21st century, a brewery with a brewery and a beer yard were built in a historic two-story building with a modern extension.
