Parroquia de San Lucas Evangelista (Parish church of Saint Luke, the Evangelist), is the main Catholic Church in Cabo San Lucas and is located across from Plaza Amelia Wilkes, on Calle Cabo San Lucas.

This church was constructed in 1730 by a Spanish missionary. Renovations have been done over the years but the structure is rather simple. It is a tribute to the local history because little has changed in its appearance since the original construction. The campanile has 2 chambers superimposed, containing one bell each. There is no air conditioning, only ceiling fans for cooling. It can be quite warm in the summer.
The nearby town square, Plaza Amelia Wilkes has a picturesque gazebo and is used for festivals and events. On Palm Sunday the congregation goes to the plaza where the priest says a prayer and bless the palm fronds of the parishioners.
There are bilingual (English and Spanish) masses at 12 noon each Sunday.
