Founded in 2018, the tequila museum has a showroom located inside the Plaza de Toros La Paloma, which presents step by step the process of producing tequila. The museum brings together the most accurate graphic, audiovisual, textual and didactic collections to form a museum dedicated to the history of agave distillates, their origin, their processing and their passage in the history of Mexico. Under the law, tequila can only be prepared with blue agave. Visitors will have the opportunity to try and buy several varieties of tequila.
