A monument contains a bronze portrait of Liza Patiniotou-Marinou. She was president of the Association of Pyrgos Residents. She led the reconstruction of the church of the Holy Trinity (Agia Triada) which was demolished by the earthquake of 1956. She also preserved a collection of religious relics of Santorini located in Agia Triada church.

A plaque written in Greek is located at the bottom of the monument.
