Products and accessories are displayed on built-in shelves along the left and right walls. A large video screen is centered on the back wall. The staff has been consistently friendly, patient, and knowledgeable each time I've visited over the years.
This outlet offers Genius Bar, device repair services, and many skills sessions. Check the calendar to see upcoming daily workshops on photo, video, music, coding and apps, art and design, health and fitness, and general product skills sessions. Versions of some classes are just for kids.
If you arrive by car, the South Parking Garage is closest to the store. The mall entrance on Francis Street between Memorial Boulevard and the Woonasquatucket River by Uno Pizzeria is nearest for pedestrians.
