From Avenida Ramon Barros Luco, you can reach the mirador by a staircase of 170 steps nicely embellished with a mosaic by Marjorie Sarah Jane Figueroa Céspedes, on the initial steps.
The mirador offers a playground, picnic and chest tables, benches and a nice view of the bay and the port of San Antonio.
For geocachers, a traditional cache named Talud 21 May Onofre Águila Parra is on site.
