These plank roads (read: bridges) are situated in the southern part of Alphen aan den Rijn, and are part of a bicycle path. (Weteringpad)
Three plank bridges are close to each other.
Bridges like there a rather common in our country with lots of water and streams:-)
The planks are tarred and then fine grinded stone was pressed in it to reduce slippery.
