Khiva - an UNESCO World Heritage Site - is one of the most touristic places in Uzbekistan and it's only natural that it is provided with a Tourist Information Center. And a good one: staff there is super friendly and helpful. I personally needed assistance twice and specially in one of the occasions they went truly out of their way to find a solution for my needs.
It's naturally located in the historical core of the town.
