Don Luigi Di Liegro (Gaeta, 16 October 1928 - Milan, 12 October 1997) was an Italian priest. He founded the diocesan Caritas of Rome and has been its director since 1980, as well as regional delegate of Caritas for Lazio.
The reception centers host men, women and mothers with minor children. There are housing communities for international political and protected refugees; family houses for AIDS patients and centers for child care. During the reception period, guests are helped to overcome the marginal situation in which they find themselves through a work of support to the person and support in the search for autonomous employment and housing solutions. The goal is therefore to promote the social reintegration of people, so that they can once again look confidently at life.
