Carved in stone, the baptismal font is situated approximately 2/3 of the distance between the church altar and the church entrance. It is as old as the building in which is sits. The following information is found on the parish website:

The Baptistry
Facing the Blessed Virgin Altar is the Baptistry, which is located in a space once occupied by a section of pews. The Font was originally located in the Sacristy, later in the Baptistry Room adjoining the Marian Chapel, and was moved to its present location in 1981. The Font dates to 1855.
