The Stoke Whiterock CSC Cycle Track is located in Etruria Park at Etruria and was opened in 2015.
The coordinates given are for the Dundee Road entrance to Etruria Park.

Cycle speedway is a form of bicycle racing on short oval dirt tracks, usually outdoors, occasionally indoors, typically 70–90 metres long. Like motorcycle speedway, riders use machines without brakes or multiple gears but, unlike motor speedway, the object is not to slide bikes round the turns. (visit link)

"Stoke Whiterock CSC officially opened their new track on Saturday with the Hartshill cycles sponsored individual match. The new track is only a stone's throw away from the previous Smallwood track but the new Etruria Park track is far removed from that, with catering facilities and toilets a two minute walk away, great viewing all around the track and car parking close by.
The track cost £21,000 - £10,000 was awarded from Sports For All and £11,000 was given by City of Stoke Council, another £2,000 we secured for bikes for the youngsters and a further £2,800 from Grassroots, which is a local funding facility which has helped fund more bikes and amenities for the club." The team were originally known as the Shelton Tigers, the team colours were Black & Yellow stripes, with the head of a tiger being added in 1966, over black & yellow striped shirts.
The name change taking place in 1973, due to the Speedway team being named the Stoke Potters.
They competed in both the Midland and Northern Premier League.
Their name was changed to the Stoke-on-Trent Whiterock Cycles in the 1980s. (visit link)
