This is the silver version of the 2006 Geocache America coin, the first of the series, designed by YemonYime & minted by Coins & Pins. It was minted totally in the U.S.A. with 1 Troy ounce of .999 fine silver, came with a certificate of authenticity, & was packaged in a clear lucite case (yay--no polishing!). The design is rendered in areas of polished vs. sandblasted finish. The icon for this version is in grayscale to reflect this. The bronze version of this coin has a colored enamel design & a colored icon to correspond (click to see photo).
