Current Goal

This is the Blue Rules travel bug. He’s exacting, precise and very competitive. He is in a race with the Green Rules travel bug to see who can accumulate greater mileage. It is all about going the distance! Blue Rules would very much like it if he could keep a photographic record of where he has been for his memoirs. Please grant him clear and safe passage in all of his travels.

Write note 1/4/2009 mokenahikers posted a note for it   Visit Log

We placed this bug in Linden Hill. That cache got lost in October. This is by far the farthest traveled travel bug we ever found. The second farthest only traveled 13,000 miles. We would hate to see it get lost. The people who visited the cache most recently say that there are items possibly from the cache scattered all over the ground. We live in Illinois and can't do anything to help find this bug but would like anyone out there who lives near Linden Hill to help by trying to find this bug. I already posted a note on the cache page. Please help find this bug!!

My dad and I picked this up out of Erin's cache today. We will be holding on to it for about 10 days. It turns out that we are going on vacation to Wyoming in about a week. We hope to drop it off there. That will help it beat green rules!

By the look of things Blue, you no longer measure up. You are now only 2 inches compared to 12. I guess travel can leave you feeling a bit worn down. On our way back to Illinois and we'll put in a cache in the Chicago region

I really wanted to drop the 3 TBs that I had with me in this one but was concerned that the safety of the cache has been jeprodized and didn't want to have the TB's owners dissapointed if they dissapeared. So I will drop the TBs and pick them back up and take them back to the States. Maybe I can find another international location for them on a future trip.
