Op 9 december 2013 is deze geocoin gedropt in Nieuw-Zeeland.

De missie van deze geocoin is om te kijken hoe snel de geocoin weer terug in Nederland, in de stad Tilburg zal zijn.

We vinden het heel leuk als je een foto maakt van de omgeving van de cache wanneer je deze dropt.

Bij de troonswisseling in Nederland op 30 april 2013 vond in Amsterdam de abdicatie plaats van koningin Beatrix, gevolgd door de inhuldiging van Willem-Alexander als Koning der Nederlanden.

Beatrix was sinds 30 april 1980 koningin van het Koning der Nederlanden, als opvolger van koningin Juliana. De koningin deed om 10.07 uur afstand van de troon door de akte van abdicatie te ondertekenen in de Mozeszaal van het Paleis op de Dam. Vanaf dat moment was prins Willem-Alexander Koning der Nederlanden. Op het paleis werd vervolgens de nieuwe koninklijke standaard gehesen. Door het ondertekenen van de akte van abdicatie gingen de titels van Beatrix op Willem-Alexander over.

In 2013 wordt gevierd dat na de bezetting door de Fransen in november 1813 Nederland onafhankelijkheid verkreeg en een eenheidsstaat werd. Daarnaast kregen de Nederlanden een monarch als souverein vorst, Willem I der Nederlanden, die in 1815 koning van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden werd. De regering besloot tot de officiële viering van die onafhankelijkheid en besloot de organisatie van die viering in handen te leggen van een nationaal comité.

De viering zal zich uitstrekken over de jaren 2013 tot 2015 waarbij de verworvenheden van die 200 jaar onafhankelijkheid en van de democratie centraal staan.

On April 30, 2013  the abdication of Queen Beatrix took place in Amsterdam, followed by the inauguration of Willem - Alexander as King of the Netherlands .

Beatrix was since April 30, 1980 Queen of the Netherlands, as the successor of Queen Juliana. At the time of  10:07 am the queen abdicated by signing the official document of abdication in the Moses Room of the Royal Palace. From that moment Prince Willem - Alexander was King of the Netherlands. At the palace was then hoisted the new royal standard. By signing the deed of abdication the title of Beatrix passed into the title of Willem - Alexander.

In 2013, the Netherlands celebrated the gained independence in November 1813 after the occupation by the French and became a unified state. In addition, the Netherlands received a monarch as sovereign prince, William I of the Netherlands , which in 1815 became king of the Kingdom of the Netherlands . The government decided to an official celebration of the independence and decided to establish a national committee that is responsible for the organisation of that celebration.

The celebration will span the years 2013 to 2015 in which the achievements of those 200 years of independence and democracy stand central.
