Liquids are close to Baabl's heart, so take him somewhere near water (or underwater, he is a fish after all) or to events where he can open your bottles. And of course help him travel as far as possible and take care he doesn't get lost!
Baabl is a drunken old fish, who is very gifted at opening bottles. He will also drink your drinks, especially whiskey, so beware. He wanted his first cache to be the Conway's Game of Life, but as it couldn't be logged in morning and Baabl realized it was a game, not water of life, I took him to Tallinn first and we logged the cache later in the evening. So it appears that his travels have begun from Estonia. That is not strictly true, but it is in a way very appropriate, because Tallinn is the place where Finns often go to replenish their liquid storages. Baabl does not mind which country he is in. He understands all languages but is not very talkative himself. As he has such a vivid body language, its quite easy to know what he is thinking despite of his muteness. He has habit of ending up in strange places after parties, and sometimes he wakes up in a strange country.
