Dino-Bug
has been released!

He is in a mad search for fellow Flintstones and wants to travel all over the world to meet other wacky characters like himself.

Help Dino move from cache to cache.   Dino gets lonely easily now that he is separated from Pebbles. 

So please pay attention to drop him off at Caches that are visited often.

Dino looks forward to his journeys with all of you.

 

 

Dino was first dropped off in Southern California on a cache by the name of ColdWater Cache off of Mulholland Drive.

 

For those that are unaware, you can show movement of travel bugs, showing that they are moving along with you, looking for just the right cache, by submitting that you dropped the Travel Bug off at a particular cache when you log your find of that cache.  And then immediately after you log the drop off, go to the page where you originally showed you picked up a Travel Bug, and it will show that the Travel Bug is still with you.  But for the original owner of the Travel Bug, its a fun way to see all the places that their Travel Bug is going, even if it is yet to be dropped off for a new person to find.  Don't understand?  Email me, I'd be happy to explain it to you.

    We retrieved this cache on 6/12/03 our posting is coming so late due to the fact that to caretaker of the bug was out of town for the summer. Sorry for all the inconveince this has caused. Plans for Dino include a road trip in the near future.

    Just a note to tell you about the little problem I had of placing this guy. He showed up as being in my hands on his site and he showed up on my cache page with his cool graphics. But when I tried to place him in a cache from the traveler pick-down, I couldn''t find him. I finally realized Dino showed in my pick-down list as a blank line. I noticed this with another T.B. I have that also has graphics in the name. Does anyone else have this problem?
