The Hand of Fatimah is a traditional amulet in the Middle East that protects the object that it is attached to, especially when combined with a blue eye symbol that wards off the "evil eye". With such protection provided to this travel turtle it should be virtually "muggle-proof".
A word of warning:
If you are a muggle that has retireived this travel turtle by accident or design: you better put it back in the same or another cache before ill winds and pestillence descend on you! You have been warned
