Current Goal

Bazza is keen to get out into the wide world and experience as many different barbeque foods and cooking styles as he can.  He is really enthusiastic about the idea of learning more, and bringing it home for others to enjoy.
Any help you can give to take him to interesting BBQs or cookouts, and showing him what are you favourite BBQ foods, will be highly appreciated.
Even better, if you can add any really great recipes as logs for his home page, he will endeavour to try them out on his friends and family, and report back on his successes (or failures).

About This Item

Bazza is a Koala from Australia, and is a chef experienced in preparing and cooking a wide range of Australian barbeque food.
His favourites include prawns, lamb chops, chicken drumsticks, chicken shasliks, and great beef steaks.
However, Bazza always feels as though there must be many other BBQ foods and recipes around the world which he has not yet experienced. 
So, he is now heading out to see what he can find.
