This travel bug is the key to solving the Athenian Lights Puzzle Cache.
It is a small 'Persistence of Vision' LED display that will guide you to the final cache when used properly. You will need to power it with 2xAA batteries. There are no tricks, switches, anything else to do to get the device working. Just insert 2 batteries and if all 7 LEDs start flickering then its working. Now the puzzle is to work out how to read it.
Please do not post instructions on how to use the device or images of it in action in the log. They will be deleted.
When placing this travel bug in a cache please leave it without any batteries as a safety precaution.
