😁😁😁 CONGRATULATIONS 😁😁😁 on getting this TB to its final destination.

I've had a watch on the TB since they were released over two years ago. I was born in Dewsbury in 1961 and spent the first 21 years there before moving away when I got a job in Liverpool.

My parents still live in Dewsbury (Hanging Heaton) at the top of the hill on the A653 towards Leeds, and ironically my father had diabetes, so I know quite a bit about it.

I'm now looking forward to seeing this TB travel around the sights of Dewsbury and hopefully some pictures being posted here to show what a lovely place it is.

Again, well done in helping this TB achieve its goal

Caching Marlon very kindly agreed to send this "Dewsbury, United Kingdom" Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug to me.

It started life when Fins5869 obtained the TB by mail and stated in the log dated 26/12/2006 - "On it's way to Dewsbury".
He first placed it in a cache called Legion Park in Maine, USA on 1/04/2007 and during its travels it has gone to 3 caches in Maine and 1 cache in New Hampshire USA.

It then travelled to Germany and was placed in 10 caches there until Caching Marlon picked it up from a cache called Stau an der Murg in Germany on 28/09/08.

After contacting Caching Marlon by email, the TB arrived in my possession on Wednesday 21 January 2009.

I was born in Thornhill, Dewsbury, and now live in Mirfield, a town next to Dewsbury, so the TB has arrived home at last after travelling 7,951 Km.

Thank you to all those cachers who have helped this TB along the way, especially Caching Marlon.
