Todie's Wild Ride: awareness for motorcyclist shar









This coin is being released as part of the Todie's Wild Ride Bike Awareness Project initiated by Rockin Roddy in response to the death of his good friend Tod Phillips. On August 12, 2008, Tod was riding a motorcycle when he was killed in an accident caused by a left turning vehicle. Tod was one third of Team Rod & Tod w/KAboom. This coin is released in his memory and in memory of all motorcyclists killed on the road. As part of this coins journey, I would like to collect different tips for drivers to be more aware of motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians. Feel free to add any tips you wish to the logs to share with others.

Grabbed this from Kit Fox at his Moonlight Hike Event. A pretty cool coin, with a great mission. This coming from someone who found themself on the roof of a Toyota Camery headed down the 405 freeway after a lane change mishap on my 1st bike. We will definately move it along for others to see.
