Found the Northern Harrier today and will move him/her to a state park as we finish the Cache Across Maryland 2007. Will upload a picture soonest.

It was tricky to find a National or State Park nearby. There are a lot of local ones. I figured since a previous person mentioned that it might not be permissible to geocache in a national park, the best thing was to allow NH a visit to a national park, then drop him off in a nearby cache. So we visited Glen Echo Park and the Clara Barton House on our way to Jason Turns 30!
