This is a 4 stage Multi-cache.
You are looking for a 4 stage multi-cache. The first 3 stages are hidden in small town parks and public areas.
The first two are micros that contain only the coordinates for the next location.
The third stage is a virtual. The coordinates take you to a plaque with information that you will need to calculate the final coordinates.

B=# of letters in the assemblyman's last name
The final cache is a small plastic lock-n-lock hidden in a Town Park. The final cache contains a log book and some tradeable items. The coordinates listed above are for the first micro. The other stages are easily accessible from Route 59.
Your first stop is a small town park on West Nyack Road in West Nyack. The park has some beautiful landscaping, a fireman's memorial, a gazebo and some park benches, and some blindingly bright lights at night. It is from this park that we arrived at the name of the cache. While it is a beautiful park, I have yet to see anyone actually use it, and so we have dubbed it "The Useless Park". Hopefully this cache will bring it some visitors.
The total driving distance for all stages is about 5.5 miles. All stages are kid-friendly, and the final stage is located in a park with a playground.
