ICT-talo kokoaa yhteen Turun tieto- ja viestintäteknisen opetuksen ja tutkimuksen. Turun yliopiston ja Åbo Akademin käytössä on 12 400 hyötyneliötä ja Turun Ammattikorkeakoululla noin 8 400 neliötä. Turun kauppakorkeakoulun, Turun yliopiston ja Åbo Akademin tietoteknisen opetuksen yhteisyksikkö TUCS muuttaa taloon, ja korkeakoulujen ohella taloon tulee myös Kupittaan lukion informaatioteknologian ja median linja. Turku Science Park Oy saa niin ikään tilat uudesta talosta.

The University of Turku, Åbo Akademi University, Turku Polytechnic and TUCS, the co-ordinator of information technology training in institutions of higher education in Turku (including the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration), will concentrate their training and research to the new building. Turku Science Park Ltd. has also reserved premises there.
-Once completed, the building will offer space for about 3,000 students, as well as 700 teachers and researchers. To reach this critical mass, we had to start this kind of joint project that makes it possible to operate efficiently and succeed both at the national and especially the international level, says Gustav Björkstrand, Rector of Åbo Akademi University.
