Geocache Description:

A kid friendly cache in a kid friendly place!

The caches our kids like best are the ones that take a while to find, but not long to get to. This is just that kind of cache. Located in Watchung Reservation, a short distance from the playground, the container is a 9x6x4 lock-&-lock stocked with kids trade items. Park in The Loop parking area (N40 41.141 W74 22.272) for a quick hike to GZ. Or, to make things more interesting and educational (shhh!) take the scenic route and first visit the amazing Trailside Nature and Science Center. When you finally tear yourself away, take the red trail to the cache site. The short walk can be muddy after wet weather, but is less than a quarter mile round trip, a little longer taking the scenic route. While the cache is filled with kids items, it might be a challenge to find. Plan on spending a little time at GZ.
