Welkom in Willemstad !
Na mijn andere caches “Hoffelijk Dordrecht” en “Over de Brug Komen” was dit de eerste cache buiten mijn woonplaats.
Willemstad (voordat het een vestingstad werd, heette het Ruigenhil) is echter de stad waar mijn bet/bet-voorouderen vandaan komen, dus er is toch nog een link om dit mooie vestingstadje van een leuke stadswandeling te voorzien.
Kijk, behalve voor de cache en hints, dus goed om je heen. Er zijn monumentale panden, stoere forten en doorkijkjes te zien.
Langs de route zijn genoeg mogelijkheden om de honger te stillen of de dorst te lessen.
Ik schat dat je voor de route een half uur kan uittrekken (als je doorloopt).
Op weg naar Willemstad kan je gelijk de cache “Sluizenzicht” (GCJVW7) loggen.
LET OP !!! : Dit is gedeeltelijk een virtuele cache !
Naast het loggen in het logboek (neem een pen of potlood mee !), kan je op de website alleen inloggen als je een foto hebt bijgevoegd van een lid van het team aan de schandpaal bij het Mauritshuis (WP 4).
Vergeet dus niet om een fototoestel mee te nemen !
(en rotte tomaten :-) )

Het coordinaat van de cache is wel precies.

Je staat voor het bouw dat bijna dezelfde naam heeft als mijn favoriete voetbalclub.
A = het aantal klokken aan het gebouw gedeeld door het aantal kanonnen voor het gebouw
B = de som van het eerste en laatste cijfer van het jaartal (anno ....)

C = het aantal leeuwen dat op de toren staat afgebeeld (kijk goed)
D = het 2e cijfer van het jaartal op de zonnewijzer
E = de som van het eerste en laatste cijfer van het jaartal op de zonnewijzer
WP 3 : N 51° 41.DDC – E 004° 26.2ED
F = het aantal kanten dat deze kerk volgens het ANWB bord had moeten krijgen.
G = het allerlaatste cijfer dat op het ANWB bord vermeld wordt.

Vergeet niet hier de foto te maken van minstens 1 lid van het team aan de schandpaal en deze bij het loggen op internet bij te voegen !!!
H = het aantal dakkapellen aan de voorzijde van dit huis
I = het aantal gaten in de schandpaal min het aantal soldaten in de tuin

J = het aantal keren dat de letter E voorkomt in de naam van dit bastion

L = het aantal letters op de putdeksel

Vindt de gedenksteen wanneer Juff. S.K van Ansum de eerste steen heeft gelegd.
M = het 2e cijfer MIN het 1e cijfer van het jaartal
N = het 3e cijfer van het jaartal
O = het 2e cijfer van het jaartal MIN het kleine cijfer na het jaartal
P = het 4e cijfer van het jaartal MIN het 2e cijfer van het jaartal
Cache : N 51° NG.MOP – E 004° JM.NHG
Omdat de cache meerdere keren verdwenen is, is het nu een kleine stash.
Er zit alleen een klein logboekje in en er is plaats voor geocoins).
Neem een pen of potlood mee om te loggen, deze is niet in de cache aanwezig !!!
Wees a.u.b. voorzichtig bij het water !!!
Stop de cache weer goed terug om ontdekking door derden te voorkomen. !!!.
Loop terug langs de molen en de haven.
Tip : Loop langs het stadhuis verder naar N51.41.685, E004.26.330 voor een complex van bunkers waar je doorheen kan struinen.
